Our fun winter activities include, snowshoe adventures, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and ice climbing. Skiing options include back country, cross-country, & downhill.

We are situated just 4 kms from the town centre of Clearwater, B.C. in the North Thompson Valley, and are on the road leading into the beautiful Wells Gray Provincial Park. We have a lovely little waterfall right next door called, "Triple Decker Falls", just a short 20-30min walk right from your door, and just:

Wells Gray Provincial Park covers a vast area of 5,250 square kilometres, and has 39 named waterfalls, and plenty more. Helmcken Falls is the 4th largest in Canada and is almost 3 x taller then Niagra Falls! With its vast area to explore and majestic view of icy waterfalls, to raging rivers, to old cedar forest to roam in, to beautiful, blooming meadows, to crystal clear lakes to swim or fish. CROSS COUNTRY SKIING
Clearwater Candle Creek Trails are only 10 mins drive from us. They offer 28 kms of cross country ski trails. They also have a warming chalet for anyone to use. Dogs allowed on designated trails. Fee is $10 which goes towards upkeep of trail maintenance and grooming :)

CLEARWATER LOCAL SKI HILL
Home to the fastest T bar in the west! Our quaint local hill offers 9 small runs from green (easy) to black (Difficult). Its a hill for every level. The lodge is very spacious, with huge windows looking onto the hill and is very cozy.
For opening hours all depends on the current snow conditions.
