WELLS GRAY PROVINCIAL PARK ACTIVITIES:
We are situated just 4 kms from the town centre of Clearwater, B.C. in the North Thompson Valley, and are on the road leading into the beautiful Wells Gray Provincial Park.
We have a lovely little waterfall right next door called, "Triple Decker Falls", just a short 20-30min walk right from our door, and just:

15 mins drive - Moul Falls
5 mins drive - Spahats Falls
25 mins drive - Green Mountain viewing deck, Foot Lake and Placid Lake trail

Trophy Mountain Alpine Meadows, & Silver Tip Falls turn off. 45 mins drive on a dirt road to the Trophy Mountain Alpine Meadows Parking Lot.
30 mins drive - Dawson Falls

Helmcken Falls South Rim trail
35 mins drive - Mushbowl Falls
45 mins drive - Helmcken Falls. The 4th largest waterfall in Canada and almost 3 x taller than Niagra falls!
50 mins drive - Ray Farm - It is an abandoned homestead, built by John Ray who lived there from 1911 to 1947.
1 hr drive - Baileys Chute, Marcus & Myanth Falls trails.
1.5 hrs drive - Clearwater Lake - Canoe & boat tours offered on Clearwater Lake
Azure Lake & Rainbow Falls is accessed through Clearwater lake

Wells Gray Provincial Park covers a vast area of 5,250 square kilometres, and has 39 named waterfalls, and plenty more. Helmcken Falls is the 4th largest in Canada and is almost 3 x taller then Niagra Falls! With its vast area to explore and majestic view of waterfalls, to raging rivers, to old cedar forest to roam in, to beautiful, blooming meadows, to crystal clear lakes to swim or fish.
